Pleione

I came home from the arboretum this afternoonn to find that the pots of Pleione in the 'conservatory' were catching the sun, so I spent some time trying to catch the effect with the camera. Here are a few of the results.

    I have collected them for some years now and still gets fascinated by them. Lovely pictures!

    They are fascinating plants but I'm not sure if I have the right conditions for them. There is usually a lovely display in the Floral Marquee at Malvern Spring Show which I am looking forward to.
